On the way there my kids just couldn’t stop singing their favorite song and of course now I can’t get that song out of my head. When we got to the restaurant we ordered our meal and I noticed that it was an unusually noising night and couldn’t help but over hear that everyone was talking about 301 . Why they were talking about that I don’t know but it must have been the talk of the town.

Last I understand, there still is no way to burn more calories while sitting in my chair, so I guess I will have to try and tear myself away and get up and active. Because I tell you, the real estate on my chair is spreading out further and wider than I ever wanted, hoped or wished for. IN fact, there is some serious need for tightening and restructuring about to take place.

March 31, 2007 on 6:33 pm | In Uncategorized | Comments OffI almost dread going into the dentist for my checkup just out of shear dread to find out that I have a cavity and perhaps have to get drilled in the tooth. Is that not funny since I only have one cavity in my mouth. Sheesh. It is almost like I am just paralyzed by the fear or the mere thought of something that still has not even happened for over 20 years. I really have to stop letting thoughts of certain events control my behavior. But yet, on the same token, when it comes to looking up stuff on the net, like 301, now that new situation presents no problem whatsoever. Funny how certain events trigger a painful thought and we want to avoid it. Amazing how the mind works.
