Was reading this book on life and longevity and all the things that people can do to living better for longer periods of time. And this book got into so much detail, it blew my mind. The author even went off talking about things to distract me like 301 and I thought to myself, how the heck is that supposed to extend my life? Anyways, it seems that this author likes to take your mind of the matter for a moment and then refocus you, the reader. Nice!
