The good news arising out of this bad news, is that the providers are in a price war against each other and are keep coming back to us with a better deal each time. For instance, we changed providers recently as they had a fixed rate until September 2007. We notified our old providers to cancel. They then came back to us with a deal of a fixed rate until 2008! Needless to say, we stuck with them. This is good, as we were surfing around the internet for ages to try and find the best deal.
