Lawyer
April 30, 2006 on 9:33 pm | In Uncategorized | No CommentsWell, just had to let off some steam after spending the last hour trying to get this machine going again. Wouldn’t you know, everytime I tried to do anything, it would just freeze up. I’ve turned this thing off and on so many times, I think I wore out the off/on button. Well, after much yelling and screaming and calling it a lot of names, maybe it got scared into working again - well, sort of. Sure hope it hangs in there until I get my research job for lawyer done. Then I’ll have to take a serious look at this machine. Hope I can fix it, really don’t have the money right now to buy a new one. Bummer. Well, back to work.

It was the most odd thing that ever happened to me. I got lost today. Sure, it was an unfamiliar place and stuff, but I only have to make two turns to get back to where I was going. This is so unlike me. Perhaps this is a preliminary sign of Alzheimer’s disease. Who knows. Hey, wait a minute. Just the other day, I was dumbfounded when I caught myself at a site about united kingdom golf vacations and travel agents and could not recall a lick of how I got there. It was truly the strangest thing. Maybe I need to get to a doctor. Or maybe I just need a good night sleep. I dunno, but this is starting to worry me.
Gps Fleet Management | Satellite Car Navigation
April 30, 2006 on 8:33 pm | In Uncategorized | No CommentsHigh school sectional swimming finals were held this week and my son was trying to convince me why he needed a $180 Fastskin FSII competition long swimsuit, as worn by Michael Phelps in the Olympics. Ok, I admit it; I finally broke down and got it for him. And wouldn’t you know, he swam the 100 yard butterfly half a second faster than he ever had before and qualified for State. I’m not sure that this suit made him swim faster but he thinks it did which is all that matters. Just like satellite car navigation, it makes all the difference.
