Aint life just like that? Just when you have your day all mapped out and you’re actually excited to get down to finishing an important task you’ve set for yourself, the most infuriatingly tempting offer comes along to distract you! Well today was that day for me. I had set out to finish my report on custom lasik for a very picky client, when my best friend called to tell me that today was my lucky day and that he was on his way to pick me up to go skiing. “Eleven inches of fresh powder on the mountain since last night!” he said, “You gotta be crazy to pass that up” - so here I am just about to add another night of stress to my life as I bump my all-important report till later in favor of a day on the slopes. You gotta love me!
