And boy, you would not believe it. At first, if you start out doing a good 2 mile walk, you will be surprised to see that, at first, you will be a little tired. But once you get going for the first week, it gradually gets easier. And the week after that, it gets easier, until one day you begin to feel extremely energetic and completely refreshed after the habitual daily walk. I was really shocked by the vigorousness I get from going out walking. Almost excited as I got the other day when I was look at 301 .
