Towards the end of last week they predicted that this week it would be very cold and that it would snow on Tuesday. Well it is Tuesday now and it IS cold but no snow. In fact that sun is shining and if you walk in it you would even think it was kind of warm. That is weathermen for you, either get it completely wrong or half right.
