301 Moved Permanently

I just got back from an incredible trip. There were 16 of us on a bus to Las Vegas for the weekend. Of course the cooler was filled with refreshments and about 2 hours on the road, we all started singing and having a great time. Later the conversation turned to various subjects. One of particular note was about 301 . If I had my notebook with me I could have written a book while listening to the comments. Then when in Las Vegas, we all lost money. We returned home on a silent bus!

Man, it really worked. I read this text by Tolstoy, a philosopher, and he says that if you are not a certain thing, then ACT AS IF. And so I did. I woke up this morning and was feeling so drained, so tired, so zapped and so down. But I took his advice and decided to act as if I was happy and it worked. Just like when I was failing miserably when I was searching for 301 and decided not to give up. Instead, I decided to act as if I already know where to find the information and low and behold, I found it.

I went to the movies today to take a break from working so much. It was great to get away for awhile, even if it was just for a few hours. I think you just have to stop, relax and do something you enjoy. It seems to me that you can accomplish more after recharging your batteries a little. Of course, even on the drive home, my mind was back to work. I was right in the middle of researching honey baked ham florida, so it’s bringing in a lot of good ideas.
