My hair stylist (that’s a joke when you’re as old as I am and your hair is as thin as mine, but that’s what she calls herself) just always comes back to gossip or stories about the same things]. Either her boys (and they are all boy) or 301 .

I am now taking a break from over searching for resources on all copycat honey baked ham recipes and now time to get onto my next gripe of the day. Mont blancs. What IS in a pen and a name? If the darn thing writes, what really matters is the words that flow from the persons brain and through the hand to write the words. I am personally not into the captivation of designer names, so I guess the status symbol of a fine writing instrument does not really matter to me. But rather, it is the most important substance of the thoughts from which I explain myself that truly matter the most. I look at some people and their writing abilities, like my roommates, and I wonder if pricey writing instruments really improve the actual skills of these people or just bolster their egos and confidence.

As much as I try to play with them and keep them occupied, they keep climbing up the walls (well, actually, the curtains). Its still too cold for them to go outside. Maybe in another month or so, when we see more green grass than snow on the ground, well all be happy again. I went online to see if I could buy those rubber bouncy balls in bulk on eBay I couldn t seem to find anything in bulk except for ping-pong balls. The cats like ping-pong balls, too but THEY LOVE the bouncy balls. So I searched around on some other sites and found 301 instead. It wasn t what I was looking for - but the site was interesting!
