Heres an example of runaway socialism for you: I have a friend that is on W.I.C. What she does is, she gets her W.I.C. allotment, and then goes and sells all the milk and other dairy products she gets. She sells this stuff to her friends and pockets the money. You d think that if she did not really need this food shed just leave it alone. I asked her if she thought this might be fraud. She said maybe, and she might be able to get in trouble for it. But, she does not stand outside the W.I.C. office and sell her allotment, so shes not really worried about getting caught. I told her that she d do much better starting her own business, and that she should go up to the internet and search for 301 .
