Shopping is hard to do …

I have been getting ready to leave town for business next week. You know laundry, packing, stopping the paper, things like that. My daughter called and wanted to go to dinner, part of being a Dad is to feed your children when they can t. My daughter coaches NCAA basketball for 12 year old girls and they had a tournament close by. After hearing about her games, school and work she asked about me and what I had been doing. I told her I was researching golf resort vacations and had found out a lot. She really was not interested and the conversation turned back to her. It is always nice to spend time with my children.

Well, I have to tell you today was an interesting day. We are trying to get our cat to be an indoor cat because we have coyotes in the area that prey on cats at night. Now that our cat is 6 months old, well, he wants to go outside. We have put the barrier door on our dog’s doggie door because our cat has figured out how to go outside using the doggie door. We take the dog out several times per day to do his duty. But now it’s a battle to keep the cat in … every time we go out, the cat tries to sneak out. This takes time away from my Internet website about 301 because I’m always trying to police my cat.

I need something a little more stimulating to keep me alert, but my thoughts just keep bouncing around. Next exit has a restaurant, maybe some coffee, nope, its closed. The shadows start to look like objects and the red taillights sometimes appear to be braking. I had better let some one else drive or we may never get there.

I also bought several jars of my favorite coffee - I can eat out of my store cupboard for several days but I can’t do anything without my coffee! In fact, my store cupboard really came into its own the last couple of weeks, because I couldn’t get out to go shopping at all. I did run out of fruit and bread, but I had plenty of everything else.

We just had beautiful weather this past weekend, but ask me if I had time to enjoy it! You guessed it, just got my computer from the shop again. This is the third time in nine months. The computer tech told me it was time to consider purchasing a new computer. Well, I can’t afford to not have my computer for days at a time. I have to figure out what I need though. This shop will custom build for me as well, so this time I’ll make sure I get exactly what I need. Well time to get back to work. Still searching for honey baked ham and wine gift basket for a friend of mine.

I was kind of bored today. But would you not know it. As soon as I got on the net, got the damn bug again to go surfing the different engines. Got stuck on search for 301 and would not, could not, believe this site I located. Yup, exactly what you would figure it would be when it is about that type of stuff. I spent a good part of my day cleaning up the front and rear yards. It s been raining off and on for the past 3 weeks. It was a pretty good day for yard work. We live in the San Francisco bay area and the climate is generally great. Not too cold and not too hot. It is that way all year round.
