May the force be with you!
May 31, 2007 on 11:09 pm | In Uncategorized | Comments OffThere is something to be said about traveling. Although it is really nice to go away and see other places and do different things you would not normally do at your home place, it is also so great to be back home and sleep in ones own bed. Yes, that bed, that familiar smell, the familiar feel that is nothing like the hotel, the camper, or whatever people sleep in when they go on vacation. And another thing, vacation is just tired, especially when there are extra individuals to lug along. But let me tell you, when you get back, boy, what a relief. Hit that pillow and it is the best dreamland possible. And then, the next thing to get accustomed to when getting back from vacation is the computer and doing a real search for odd things like honey baked ham panama city florida and stuff like that. I mean, even if it is doing a random search, there is NOTHING better than being back home after a vacation and being away from the familiarity of home. Dont you think so, too?
I couldn’t believe I heard about this on the radio …
May 31, 2007 on 10:57 pm | In Uncategorized | Comments OffWell, its 2 o’clock in the morning again. Time flies when you are having fun. You get started reading about golf vacations with pets or something and the hours just race past. I really must get more sleep. So what can I say. Everyone in the office came to work talking about golf vacations with pets and how it was going to ruin their day. Of course I had no idea what they were talking about but I never do.

May 31, 2007 on 8:07 pm | In Uncategorized | Comments OffMan, that noise is driving me crazy! The condo next door is being remodeled, and it’s unbelievable how the sound carries through the walls. It makes it impossible to concentrate. I was sitting at my computer doing a search for lcd televisions, and there’s a big bam! behind me. I turn around to make sure the wall’s still in one piece, and when I look back at the computer, I’ve got search results for operating system linux security. How the heck did that happen? And they say they’ll be in there working for three months. Aaargh!
I’d rather be golfing but here goes …

It is a real pain - for them to send you an email - where there is nothing in the body of the message, only an attachment. Then, to make it worse, the attachment is an attachment of an attachment? ad infinitum! And by the time you have opened all the attachments to get down to the original message, it ends up being a subject about honey baked ham heating instructions that you are not even interested in anyway!

May 31, 2007 on 3:12 pm | In Uncategorized | Comments OffI have got a great addition for this blog, and it has to do with some of my readers favorite topic. And that is 301 . Not much I can really say about this one site I found other than it is fast, easy to use, provides accurate, relevant information, and best of all, it is free. There is no way you can beat that.

May 31, 2007 on 2:09 pm | In Uncategorized | Comments OffIt looks like spring is almost here again. The kids were in for the weekend and we went to our mountain cabin for lunch on the deck and some fresh mountain air. Talk about questions. My 4 year old grandson (all boy mind you) was full of them and full of boyish energy. The crazy thing about this day is that I’ve been working on a website about 301 for weeks and it just would not come together but everything turned crystal clear amid all the noise and excitement of the day. There’s just something about a spring day in the mountains.
I just found this on my screen …

What an interesting weekend. There was an antique show and a home and garden show at the state fair grounds. When my husband saw coins on the sign, we did a hard right-turn into the fair grounds only to find out they were still just setting up on Friday. The two days following though, he went there and bought coins as he had found a dealer selling them at wholesale. There were even some gold coins. I had my eye on an 1898 St. Gaudens 1 oz for $650 and sure was tempted. But when I thought of how much hosting, how many domains, and how much keyword research for baked ca company ham honey among other keywords that money could buy, I just had to pass. Maybe one day this online business will take off and I will be able to start investing in and collecting gold and platinum coins.

Stuff has got me wondering. I keep hearing about all these people around that have these thriving businesses and wonder how I could set myself one up of my own. I mean, I do have this slight curiosity of kiawah golf vacations and I had thought about researching that more and get more involved in it, but I am just not sure right now. I really DO want to start something here in the near future, but I just do not know what it can be. Oh well. Perhaps someone can come along and give me some ideas by commenting on this post. Who knows, maybe I will go to bed tonight with a seed in my brain and tomorrow wake up with a brilliant idea.

This past Wednesday I had a real craving for some food from the local favorite eatery, so I gathered up my family and packed them in the car. On the way there my kids just couldn’t stop singing their favorite song and of course now I can’t get that song out of my head. When we got to the restaurant we ordered our meal and I noticed that it was an unusually noising night and couldn’t help but over hear that everyone was talking about golf vacations in mauritius. Why they were talking about that I don’t know but it must have been the talk of the town.
