Well, it was just one of those average weekends where time just sort of passed by and things just sort of got done in a, well, hum drum sort of manner. But hey, not every weekend can be exciting. Yet, if there is one kind of way to get a pick me up on a weekend it is watching the comedy channel on cable. Man, some of those comedians are a gas. It is truly funny how they can talk about just anything and make it funny. Just like how I can be on the internet and be looking at topics I do not even care about, like 301, yet sit here glued to my monitor and stuck on finding the best resources for that topic. What a day it’s been and it’s only 1:30 p.m. Yikes! The day started out with lots of snow falling. My son soon announces that all schools are closed. Of course I started thinking maybe I should just take the day off and not fight the commute. But what if everyone, including my boss, makes to the office with no problems? I would look pretty foolish. So, I get dressed, drive to the park-and-ride, and catch the bus. Four hours later I make it to my desk. Yes, FOUR HOURS! And along the way, the bus hits a car, a truck, and gets stuck next to a light pole. Talk about a perfect day for sitting home researching 301 for my next project.
