There are just so many different supplements on the market to take, I am thoroughly and completely confused. I just had to go and break away from my little mini-project on 301 and I just transitioned over to the really baffling part of finding the right supplements for me. There is just such a various choice of things. From vitamins and minerals, to chelated minerals, to whole food supplements, and all the various brands and differences in between them. Maybe I can get some feedback from people here on what you all take and that may give me a better roadmap on what to purchase from these online supplement merchants. Oh yeah, do some of you who are non-bodybuilding types also take protein power any time during the day? If so, please let me know. Thanks.

Stress. It can really eat you up. Know what I mean? Sometimes I do not know what is worse. The stress of driving through traffic on the way to work, or work itself. But thank God there is the Internet for a little release time. Even if my day takes a serious turn for the worse, I know I can pop up a search engine, type in a keyword, anyone, like say rocky mountain golf vacations, and be transported to a place where I can seriously dig in and get lost in the info. What an interesting weekend. There was an antique show and a home and garden show at the state fair grounds. When my husband saw coins on the sign, we did a hard right-turn into the fair grounds only to find out they were still just setting up on Friday. The two days following though, he went there and bought coins as he had found a dealer selling them at wholesale. There were even some gold coins. I had my eye on an 1898 St. Gaudens 1 oz for $650 and sure was tempted. Is reincarnation real or is it just a farce. I couldn’t tell you, but I do know one thing. There is only one life to live here and I’m gonna make the best of it. I went to the store the other day looking for 301 and really saw something strange. There was this lady that parked in the handicapped parking space, but she did not have a handicapped sticker or license plate. She was young and seemed to be in good shape so I went over to her and asked where her handicap sticker was and she replied she did not have one and did not even realize she parked in my parking space. She immediately responded that she made an error and would move her car to avoid the fine and allow me to park there.

Today I was surfing around checking out other peoples blogs and ran across this one that some guy came up with this incredible idea to turn a red paper clip (of all things) into a house by trading his red paper clip for other things people would willing trade until he finally achieves his goal of a house.

Isn’t strange how all these huge natural disasters have been occurring lately. First the Tsunamis, then the hurricanes and all the big earthquakes around the world. I mean, is someone trying to tell us something or is this just God’s way of saying that there are just too many people on this earth. I guess maybe I should just lay down and go to sleep and get off this blog because obviously, I’m just going way overboard here with honey marinades for baked ham . Okay, that’s it, I’m outta here.

I just told them to get over it and get on with life because we’ve got work to do and deadlines to meet.
